The quote tool

The quote form requests gender, age, wellness self-rating, tobacco status, benefit level, and timespan. Data transfers to the provider's quote engine for instant rates; we retain zero copies. No identity data collected before quotes. Matching requests fetch from brief cache to spare the system.

Applying

Your quote data auto-fills the carriers' encrypted application under their terms. Susman Insurance Agency, License 0B75129, coordinates your paperwork.

The contact form

Form fields: your name, email, phone (optional), preferred reply channel (email/voice), issue type, and description. Sent via email to agency with your address as the return. No site storage, no submission history, no content archiving. Device-level abuse detection applies before sending.

Measurement

We track pageviews without cookies via our own domain. No ad pixels or ID tokens. IP partial masking, no referrer tracking, purged historical logs after 90 days. Do-Not-Track respecting users skip measurement.

What we do not do

Zero information trafficking, zero ad networks, zero external analytics. The /apply/ interface is the exception—third-party code that loads only there.
